Invok Refund Policy
Last updated: 16 September 2026
This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for Invok subscriptions.
1. Subscription Payments
Invok is a subscription service. When you subscribe, you agree to pay the subscription fees shown at checkout or in your account.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the next billing cycle begins.
2. No Refunds
Except where required by law, subscription payments are non-refundable.
We do not provide refunds or credits for:
- unused time;
- partial billing periods;
- account inactivity;
- failure to cancel before renewal;
- accidental renewals;
- changes in your business needs;
- dissatisfaction where Invok has been provided as described; or
- choosing not to use available features.
3. How to Stop Future Charges
To stop future charges, you must cancel your subscription before your next billing cycle begins.
You can cancel from Settings → Plan by opening “Manage billing”, which takes you to our payment provider’s secure billing portal, and cancelling your subscription there.
If you cancel after a new billing cycle has started, you will be charged for that billing cycle and your cancellation will apply to the following cycle.
4. Access After Cancellation
Unless we state otherwise, you will normally keep access to paid features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
Once your subscription ends, your account and all your data — including clients, jobs, invoices, payments, and files — are permanently deleted. This happens automatically and cannot be undone.
5. Legal Rights
This Refund Policy does not affect any legal rights you may have under applicable law, including rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
